خلاصه داستان : تینا در یک شهر آرام ساحلی زندگی آرامی را سپری می کند تا اینکه متوجه می شود پدر و مادرش قصد دارند از همدیگر طلاق بگیرند. دخترش نیز کاملاً نافرمان و یاغی شده و خودش و همسرش مایک نیز تمام وقت درگیر کار و بزرگ کردن 3 فرزند هستند. او که به شدت خسته شده است دستکش های بوکسش را به دست می کند و پا به رینگ بوکس می گذارد تا کمی از استرس ها و تشویش هایش کاسته شود اما . . .
